Delete your EmergingMarketIQ account
This page explains how to delete your account in the EmergingMarketIQ app (Android, developer: EmergingMarketIQ) and the data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- We confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days, then email you to confirm it is done.
What we delete
- Your account: name and email address
- Usage data and anything you have saved in the app linked to your account
- Any email-list subscriptions linked to your address
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase and subscription records are held by Google Play and our billing provider (RevenueCat) and kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you.
